All fees are in Euros and include 22% VAT.
Please note the following:
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at either an EARLY BIRD REGULAR or EARLY BIRD STUDENT rate. Authors of accepted papers must complete their registration by June 1st in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.
- An EARLY BIRD STUDENT registration covers up to 1 accepted paper from this student author.
- An EARLY BIRD REGULAR registration covers up to 2 accepted papers from this author.
- Students will have to upload a certification of their student status in the registration system.
- * We offer a discount for the 2nd tutorial ticket:
- The first purchased tutorial ticket comes at the 1st TUTORIAL – REGULAR/STUDENT rate.
- If attendees choose to buy a 2nd tutorial ticket, we offer a 50% discount on the 2nd tutorial ticket with the 2nd TUTORIAL – REGULAR/STUDENT rate.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received by May 31st 2024, will entitle to a refund of the amount paid minus 30% for administrative costs. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to a refund. All refunds will be made after the Congress is held.
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to fusion2024@fclassevents.com by May 31st 2024.
